    Scratched Bongo Pup covers

I have very sweaty hands and after playing I usually wipe the entire bass down to keep it clean and spotless...but after one particular jam, I was so stupid to forget about wiping my Bongo dry. The result after 3 days, the bridge pick-up has a couple of rusted poles. I tried to wipe it out with a piece of cloth abrasive enough to remove the rust build-up but causing some nasty scratches on the pick-up covers as well.

I tried everything to make the scratches unoticeable but my efforts just made things worse!

Stuff happens. If a few scratches are the worst of your troubles, you have nothing to worry about

Character marks. Kinda like grey hairs or wrinkle lines on a man. It shows that he's seen things.
