Jack and Sterling are two of the most kindhearted and honorable people one could hope to know. Firsthand experience has brought them into the fold of those who have my love and respect; a thing not easily earned, though they make it easy to give. Anyone who says anything disparaging about either of them is pitiably misinformed and/or deluded.

For what it's worth, anything revelatory should probably be done in such a way as not to cast a shadow over the inherent goodness of this place. One drop of burned-out, used motor oil shouldn't be allowed to foul the whole bottle of Sparkletts, if you will all pardon my very early morning metaphor.

Did anyone that dealt with any of the other dealers have any problems getting the correct product on a timely basis? Any other dealer dirt doggin us? Pete how did we do? Perfect Bass, how did we do?

Everyone on our team has had enough. You can only poke a bear so much. The next response is not going to be pretty.

BP, all I can say is that I and we here at Act 1 Music CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD about Ernie Ball Music Man as a company, and you and the AMAZING FREAKING STAFF that you lead.
Being able to get in on the Dargie action just after procuring our dealership was just an amazing thing to be able to be a part of.
When it comes to ordering/receiving/etc./product from you guys it's always fun 'work' to look forward to.

but ya, can't really say enough about you and the company.

I talked to the guys at the perfect bass. They were really nice, I probably have that Bongo 4HH if there wasn't that scratch on the back of the neck. I bought for some dealer in NJ off ebay very nice people to deal with. Great servce every especially the Perfect Bass.
