EBMM Basses For Sale: NO COMMENTS PLEASE!

    Guys,

Here's a new sticky for you guys to post all your for sale "ads".

    -Arin

EDIT: Don't make your first post on the forum a "For Sale" or I'll delete it. This is a free service for "members", not eBay. (jack)

    EDIT:
*Persons placing ads are required to have a minimum of 25 posts throughout the Forum over a reasonable period.
*If you sell your item please delete your post. In any event, posts older than a month or so will be deleted but if you have not sold your item in this time you are at liberty to re-post.
*Do not merely create a "For Sale" with a link to Ebay.

    Sterling 5H Cabernet Pearl

Price Drop!!! If it is still too expensive, make a realistic offer.

This is something for my European friends...

I simply have not warmed up to 5 strings as I hoped I would have. For the songs I play drop D is enough. Since I am not a collector and I hate having a Bass laying around that I dont play I will give someone else the opportunity to enjoy this fine Instrument. It is in excellent condition with only one small dimple on the back (See pictures).

I am asking €1100 but will also take realistic offers from knuckleheads

If you are near me then feel free to stop by and give it a try.

Not sure if this will come to fruition, and I may kick myself later, but I'm putting out a trade feeler for my black sparkle stingray 4, rosewood, dob 5/9/2002. Since I've gotten my Bongo, it has pretty much been unused. Not sure on the weight. There are no dings that I'm aware of. I'm posting some older shots of it, but I'll go over it and see if I see anything. Photos show a clear pickguard, but it is now sporting a white pearloid. If you need more recent shots, let me know.

I'd be interested in the following (not sure on colors):
    Big Al 4H
    Big Al 5H
    Bongo 5H
Maybe a Sterling 5H, but I'm not sure. You get the gist. I'm a single H kinda guy. Lemme know what you've got and I'll test my resolve.

Stingray 4H - Black Sparkle, rosewood, matching headstock - DOB 5/9/02
    Bongo 4H - Candy Red - DOB 5/24/06

1979 MusicMan Sabre. Black/maple. Really nice axe, in the OHSC. One big bump, seen in pix. Otherwise, a few scuffs here and there but in very good shape for its age. About 9.6 lbs on my old analog postal scale. $1500 + shipping in the Lower 48. Would prefer to avoid PayPal but can do it if it's dealbreaker.

I am posting this here, since you're all MM fans; if it doesn't sell in a few days, I will move it to other places on the interwebz as I need some cash to replace my dead PowerBook. That also means I'd prefer to sell outright rather than trade. If this price is out of line with the market, feel free to shoot me an offer....but make it cash, please.

I haven't posted much around these parts, but have a solid record in other places (BABP, TB, eBay) and can provide references if you need them.

This is more for the European members:

I hate to do this, but I am selling my 1993 EBMM Sterling H IV. In fact, this is the best sounding Sterling I've owned so far. Why am I selling it than? Well, all of my Sterlings are customized in fancy colors and fitted with LEDs. But I really don't want to do this to this beauty. It's not only the beautiful dark metallic blue color but also the fact that this is one of the first Sterlings ever built and might be a collectors piece one day. The condition is good. It's almost 20 years old and has been gigged. There are some scratches and one bump on the side. It just had a pro set-up and comes with a HSC.
If you need further information or detailed pictures, just send me a message. I am located in Germany and am willing to ship worldwide but I guess it's a good opportunity for the European members. So, feel free to shoot me an offer.

    True Gold Bongo 5HH

I got this on a trade with oddjob (ritch) not too long ago and have decided to sell it as it's kind of a redundant bass in my collection, and I really want to try either a Big Al or a Reflex with single H configuration (but might very well get a single H or Hp Bongo...). There's one small ding on top of the headstock by the B string tuning peg and some mild thumbnail scuffing on the tort pickguard by the top of the pickups... no dings in the body. Comes with the OHSC, levy's leather strap (black) and chrome Ernie Ball superlocks... Asking $1050 USD shipped and insured CONUS. Feel free to PM me with questions or for more pics if you're interested... I figured I'd give you forumites first shot at this before it goes to sale in other capacities. Eric
