Ordering window question for planning purposes

I'm about 99.234 percent sure that I'm going to order an 07 LE.

I need to make sure my finances are in order before I order, but naturally I'd like to get the order in early to reduce the pain of waiting.

For planning purposes, based on past years can someone give me a rough idea when the ordering window for the LE might open? At winter NAMM? After NAMM? Whenever EBMM is good and ready so don't ask?

It occurs to me that if I give my dealer a buzz and he's going to NAMM he might be able to place the order on the spot.

I'm NOT looking for anything like a firm date...I may be dumb but I'm not stupid. Just a rough estimate, if possible.

    Muchas thanko.

Generally orders can be placed at NAMM - that's where I ordered the Dargies. The cutoff date is whenever EB wants. Last time it was about 6 1/2 - 7 months after the window opened.

Get your order in soon if you want to make sure you get one.

I seem to remember a Mr Duck calling to place an order to someone on the floor at NAMM. Was that a DuBaldo who took his order?

In the recent past, an announcement has been made shortly before the ordering window closes.
Big Al 5SSS Sunburst, rosewood fretboard, tort, EB Flats

Franken-Bongo 5 HHp (The Billy Bass), daphne blue, mint pickguard, EB flatwound strings

Franken-Bongo 5 SHp (aka Moby Dick, the White Whale), black fretted neck with a abalone pickguard, EB Slinkys and a BassMute.

Winter NAMM is when dealers can order the new products.
