Do you leave your Balls out?

I was looking at Bills post and realized many of you seem to leave your Balls out. I've always kept mine neatly tucked away where they belong. However, with the addition of the 30th, I wonder if I shouldn't be more of an exhibitionist.

I leave mine out. No reason to keep them hidden away in their stuffy cases. They are much happier roaming free 'round the home.

While this comes from a dark side guitar player, who likes to read the Bass post,
I currently have 4 Balls and generally keep them neatly tucked away, I might keep one out on a stand if that is the one I am practicing with, but I do lik to display my Balls

My uniball is on a stand, on a couch, or in my loving arms at all times.

Unless being transferred to the realm of another, in which case I use the case in case someone were to case up my uncased bass.

Nope, in thier cases and hidden in the closet.
I don't want to give any prowlers a reason to come into my house, you can't see any of my musical gear.
And with 13 basses, I certainly don't need strings going dead faster.

That little info booklet that came hanging from my tuner on my new Stingray, says when I'm not using my bass, to keep it in the case

    mine are out on stands
bovinehost: Yes, I do agree with that, but if there's nothing wrong then there's nothing wrong.
Beth: I would compare Bongo to Tommy Lee Jones. Bad a$$ and just hot in a weird way...
cheezewiz: They should take their lace thongs off and play bass.

Well duh! We can see that in your avatar!

I like to keep mine tucked away so nothing can happen to them. I just hate it when my something happens to my Balls.
Starting to think about returning to bass playing in the very near future.

I keep mine in the case.

I figure it I kept them out, then Patty would remember how many I have!

Due to the avalanche of medical bills I have had this year, I am currently "without balls".

Mine are in The Bass Closet. The Bass Closet is deep and mysterious. Within the confines of the bass closet, a few are actually in cases.

Three are in a Rockstand. One or two are in stands inside the closet.

Generally, I always have two out to play. When I want to grab a bass, I want to do it immediately.

I love to freeball, but this is not always advisable with young children in the house.

My Bongo is always leaning next to my amp so I can grab it and play whenever I want.
