    wow. and he racked em up quickly too. ive been posting longer (maybe way longer) than BP and im sure as hell he's busier than i am and he's still more "active" here than i am. that all adds up to a big chunk of kudos to the big man. like folks said, not many head honchos are even 1/2 as involved with their customer base.
