Thumbs up if'n yer not busy on Saturday the 23rd.......

you can come down to the Buffalo Club in lovely downtown Vancouver and watch a great show and contribute to diabetes research while you're at it!!!

Monty Billocks and myself will be performing with our jam band Combustible Jimmy to open the night, followed by Pedwell, then The Flairs (AMAAAAAZING!!) , Art of Dying, and we'll be back on stage to be the band for Eric Martin of Mr.Big!!!!!!

There will also be a ton of celebrity type signed thingies for auction and all proceeds go to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation.

    so ya.

I'm sure I'm not the first to think of this, but all you have to do is transpose two vowels and you get Minty Bollocks.

    And who wouldn't want those?

you got it Jack! Always the cunning linguist you are

BTW, rehearsal tonight was interesting.... it's great to have shedded BS's parts and gotten them to a competent stage of execution/style/groove, only to not have your playing criticized but the fact that you can't sing but NEED to sing by 11pm tomorrow..... ahhhh, my New Year's resolution is finally biting me in the a$$, oh well, I guess someone like Eric bustin' your chops is a good enough motivator

    here's to tomorrow!!!

Jeremy's best friend, also age 5, has diabetes. What a MF that is. We - Erika and I - are learning how to test and all that so that someday his friend - oddly enough, his name is Jack - can spend the day or the night or something.

My mom died from complications from diabetes.

Good cause, a very good cause.

My father-in-law died from complications from diabetes, also. It's definitely something that needs to be carefully kept under control!

    Hi Guys!

The show was an absolute blast!!! We all had a great time!!!

The fact that it was all in aid of such a worthy cause just added to it all.

Anyway, we don't have copies yet but there will be vids and pics very soon.

There are a couple appearing on Facebook already so if you're really interested you can log on to that and search for either Peter Davyduck or Steve Brand....and we're both on the Vancouver, BC network of Facebook. We've got links to the vids on each of our pages, ok?

I'm new to Facebook so I don't know how to simply post a link directly to them...sorry!

    Cheers!

    Steve.

P.S. You will see my AL DD MM90 getting some use in those vids!!!
