    I haven't been playing so I haven't been hanging around. I'll try to stop in more often.

    And that is a little closer to a six pack than the keg it used to be.

    Good luck at the gym BP. I have been going for a while but I'm about to start a program called P90X. I'll do that at home with the DVDs though.
    Starting to think about returning to bass playing in the very near future.

    So, I see you're back from the gym?

    If you're not already taking BCAs and whey protein, start. It helps to keep the pain and suffering to a minimum.
