    Sterling H/S v.s. H

First I tried to get this down but I always get mixed up in my head...

On a H/s is the H really closer to the bridge than a single H? I thought I remember someone saying that it was but looking at pictures it looks the same....

Also what are the tonal diffrences of the H soloed on each [Single H and H/S]

I heard it was wired in series, how would you explain the sound of the Parallel H to the Series H?

I will try to play both asap..

    Oh that explains it then....

Anyways drove down to The Perfect Bass today and played a 2007LE sterling H/S, Through a AG500 combo [didn't do much for me] anyways the Sterling sounded great I loved the extra tones, that the single coil provided, however the action was a little too high for me, im sure it would have sound alot better if it had a lower setup.

Still one question remains.... How does the H in series v.s. the H in parallel sound?
