Help Please. Vintage American Amp Need Info

So I was looking for a backup rig to compliment my 1001rbII head and neo 212 gk rig when I stumbled upon something I could not let go. A 300WATT ALL TUBE american made amp. I got it for 110 dollars. Everything in perfect working order. The ony issue here is there is no information whatsoever online. The company name is EMC model name SCORPIO. I know EMC was a short lived company back in the late 60s early m70s. But i need information manuals resale value on this amp. This amp has 4 inputs. 2 inputs for the non vibrato section of the amp and 2 inputs for the vibrato section of the amp plus a masterreverb switch to go with it all. each separate group of inputs has volume, bass, treble and intensity. The vibrato has speed and intensity as well. There are also 4 switches which appear to be power and standby options.

As for sound... I tried both my rays a 30th sr and 20thsr 5 hh thru two marshall 4 by 12s and it sounded like and svt rig on steroids. the reverb and vibrato effects sounded excellent. Anyways after a while I plugged her into one 4 by 10 and the sound was good. A little less intense and with more mids.

This is where the amp blew me away. I tried some guitars on it... les pauls, sgs, and a 78 ibanez musician and the distortion and cleans blew me away.

The thing is this amp has so many options sometimes I dont know what does what for sure. And the tubes arent visible and Im thinking of retubing it. Anyways anyone ever heard of this amp. i will post pictures later.

My primary "bass amp" is an EMC Sagittarius guitar amp that I initially used as a back-up to my SVT. Now that I no longer play in a band with a truck, the SVT is the back-up. When I got the Sagittarius, I searched for info and found nothing but an old buddy who laughed when I told him of my find: "Oh yeah, EMC out of Cleveland..." I even checked with my pop, who was in sales with RCA from '56-'86 and he'd never dealt with them. My amp, for the record, is a solid state, two channel (straight, vibrato) model. Lo-fi all the way but it does the trick.
