Also if anyone's got any pics of custom refinishes they've had done please post, i'd love to see them.

Here's pics of the two finishes i'd like to see on rays.

Not in real life. They look pretty different in person. Burnt Apple was a great finish.

We had a Pearl Redburst Canuckian Special over here on night and it's a pretty nice finish, too.

Not Burnt Apple nice, IMO, ETC.

I hope they won't ever do that.
Or I'd need to buy another one.
    Have bass. Will play.

...and I think it would look great on a Bongo. I'm digging the look of the solid color burst on the Bongo...can't wait to see my Stankyburst Bongo.

Do any of the big shots on the forum have the power to make the Mystic Dream or Pearl Redburst Stingray a reality?

Or just put in a word to the boss about it?

    please

pearl redburst is one tough biaitch to photograph properly.. lord knows ive tried with the jp model
just a lil twist on the guitar so the light falls differently... voila: new looks on the guitar!

burnt apple is a dang nice finish! i love it!

    MrM
just put flats on the bongo!!
just put roundwounds on your fretless!!

    eb customer support:
    E-mail: musicman_customerservice@ernieball.com
    Telephone: +1 866-823-2255

    trussrod adjustment:
less relief / flatter = lower action
more relief / bow = higher action
do NOT use cheap tools to adjust with. they might break and scrape up your pressious!
also, if you are lucky enough to have a 100th namm sr4: the truss works the other way around on that one!

Those are both Artist Signature Colors for the John Petrucci model and are only available on his guitars, much like you can only get Luke Blue on a LUKE, and Morse Blue Burst on a Steve Morse model.

Beautiful colors but I wouldn't hold my breath...
