I guess the closer it gets to completion, the longer it seems to take? Don't worry, there's people here, in Ball-Bassaholics Anonymous, that will support you. What I would do to have to wait within a month to receive the Sterling I ordered instead of two to three more than the month it's been all ready. You have to post pics when you finally get it; your combination sounds killer.

I think I ordered it last August.

So yeah it's been a few months. Yeah I fell in love with that baby bluish option.

Yup it's like that present under the tree that you can't open til Christmas eve!

I ordered at the end of February and received it end of October. Just hope your's won't beat that!

Congrats on the new bass! I can relate to the wait.

I have been waiting since July for my Bongo 5 HH unlined fretless. I just got word that the bass shpuld be at my dealer on Monday.

Only problem is that now all my money is tied up in my new house and our current remodel projects.

Looks like layaway is the ONLY way until Christmas...

I'm hoping that I get it prior to Thanksgiving. We're going out to sea for three weeks on Black Friday (which thankfully gets me out of the big shopping binge) and that gives me many days to break her in in the middle of the ocean

I've just ordered my true gold sterling,

ETA: 11 weeks from now

it is however my weapon of choice and well worth the wait

my first "real" bass btw ^^ (did 5 years with my € 250 eur bass hehe)
