Music Man Sabre 1978

Golem ...I have never found it harsh sounding , Its a true instument that requires a artist to keep control over what he is doing .
If you just pick it up and play , it just booms and it leaves you with a feeling of no dynamics .
Ive been playing since 1962 and lovin it .
My 2 passions other than the family .... the bass and telescopes.
A lot of people do not like the active bass's as they cannot get a grip on what they are doing other than pound on a bass.
Ive got/had a selection of bass's
Fender Jazz bass 76, 2 Hagstrom 8 strings ( one tuned in 5ths), a regular 4 string Hagstrom (over 40 years old now), A newer fender Squire Jazz bass, a Fender precision , a Da Armond Ashbory bass(toy).
I still like the feel and play the Sabre more than any of the others

Original owner/purchaser , I got it in late 78 or 79 ...its been a while
Still one of favs to play ...love the sound and feel
Sometimes I would sell , but who knows if the price was right...comes with original music man case and music man strap
