Hi, the trussrod on of my of Stingrays does not alter the relief. I've had it for 20 years (its an '87) and never had problems before.
Turning left or right doesn't make any difference, the relief remains the same.
I will take it to a luthier.
Anyone know what the problem could be ?

everyone here's just going to be guessing. some folks may be awesome at setting up basses but still... without hands on examination we're all just gonna guess.
Take it to a reputable repair person and have them take a look. if they cant sort it out call customer support. youre obviously out of warranty but they'll let you know what your options are.

Kenito, hit a local "jam" night, there will almost certainly be some players there that can help (or advise) on how to remedy that!!
