    Another SR5 on order

It finall happened. My friend who has owned a music store for the past 25 years just picked up a dealership so my SR5 is now own order.

    SR5-H
    Maple Fretboard
    Pacific Burst Blue
    Black Perloid Pickguard

2-3 month wait from what I understand.

I wanted a Bongo but a maple fretboard was more important to me. Someday...........

I love the 34" scale and the string spacing, one of the reasons I bought my first SR5HH because I don't like wide necks.

Just got word that sometime in July is the target delivery date. Sounds like 6-8 weeks lead time and not 3 months. Better news.

That's awesome. The wait shouldn't be too bad. Hang in there and make sure to post pictures when you get it.

Which has a skinnier neck the SR5 or the Sterling5? Also if your reading this and you are the guy who is swapping the hardware on the Stealth Sterling5 PM me. I lost the post. I am interested in buying the Stealth with Chrome hardware. Sorry for doing this on the public forum.
