I believe...case key(s), polishing cloth, instructions on how to replace the batteries, and a hang tag.
...oh, and a bag of silica gel.
...oh, and an allen key for the bridge saddles.

less relief / flatter = lower action
more relief / bow = higher action
do NOT use cheap tools to adjust with. they might break and scrape up your pressious!
also, if you are lucky enough to have a 100th namm sr4: the truss works the other way around on that one!

Following some questions in this forum they also now ship with instructions on how to open the case. You'll find the instructions inside the case.instructions on how to replace the batteries
