It was a "Jump to Conclusions" mat. You see, it would be this mat that you would put on the floor... and would have different CONCLUSIONS written on it that you could JUMP TO.

Back to the lefty question, if there is going to be one I have A LOT of "conditioning" to do. If not, I'll enjoy all the pretty pictures.

    tongue in cheek?

While we are all making production suggestions for prototypes, howzabout indexing all the screw heads on the tuners and neckplate so they point to 3,6, 9 & 12:00 for those of us with OCD.

    .

PS if you could index the edges of the output nut to be parallel with the edges of the slab body that would be wonderful, too.

    pps where are my meds?!?!

I'm on board for a seafoam green.

A vintage bone nut with the lacquered neck would be a nice touch.

With modern tech the new CNC screw/nut driver should be able to handle this request.

Back to the topic at hand…..

This idea rocks and I’m so on board! I can’t imagine the final verdict on design being a bad idea…these people (EBMM) seem to not make mistakes often!

Very, very sweet.. nice mix of the old pre-EB 'Ray with the modern improvements made to the bass... fantastic. But since I'm already the original owner of a '79 'Ray that I bought with my paper route money when I was 15
($465 w. gig bag...), I probably won't be buying one unless I win the lottery... however, what's really got me stoked is the possibility of replacing the string mute assembly on it that has been M.I.A. for about 20 years...

$465??? As long as they're going back to the old school features, maybe they should go back to the old school prices....

OK so I've been and lay down for an hour or two recovering from seeing this thread!

Let me get this right - it may be possible to order a strings thru Stingray with mute assembly, figured maple neck and board, maybe metal battery cover compartment (the flip top is great - but then so is the contouring - metal plate would be best on the vintage body imho), transition logo, old MM logo, updated goodies like six bolt (with old MM logo) capstan wheel trussrod, compensated nut, straight string alignment -

AND in seafoam green I will have to lie down again I think - too much excitment - this super cool

Offer this in pink as well and I can see myself ordering both!
