It was a limited edition color in....2004? Yeah, it was the 2004 LE color.
Looks bad-ass on a Bongo.
IIRC, Envy Green and Radiance Red were the 2004 LE colors.

bovinehost: Yes, I do agree with that, but if there's nothing wrong then there's nothing wrong.
Beth: I would compare Bongo to Tommy Lee Jones. Bad a$$ and just hot in a weird way...
cheezewiz: They should take their lace thongs off and play bass.

trussrod adjustment:
less relief / flatter = lower action
more relief / bow = higher action
do NOT use cheap tools to adjust with. they might break and scrape up your pressious!
also, if you are lucky enough to have a 100th namm sr4: the truss works the other way around on that one!
Unsurprisingly, it was also MY bass!
Musicman Limited Edtion Bongo 5 in Envy Green
Guess I need to update that, eh?
If you go on Gbase and do a search for "Bongo bass" an Envy Green five stringer will show up on a dealer listing. It's a nice shade of dark green but I'm looking for something a little lighter (color-wise).
My EBMM Bongo's:
White 5HSp
Cabernet BFR R/W 5HS
Black Sugar BFR R/M 5H
Dargie II 5Hp
Dargie Delight 5HS

Then a lighter green would be a Dargie Delight.Originally Posted by markbass99
