Hey, guys
thanks for the responses.
a few things. I've seen in a few places that the neck profile for the 25th annv. was taken from the bongo. can anyone verify this?
here's a youtube link on the 25th: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYJhu75jxGk&feature=player_embedded"]YouTube - Music Man 25th Anniversary Bass Review[/ame]
i had a chance to play a 25th. the first thought was how it balances differently while sitting. the second thought was how amazing the neck felt. it certainly seemed different than my SR5. I don't know if it was actually different or if it just felt different because it was new. what i know for sure is that the bass felt very nice!
as for how the 25th looks, that's another story that I won't get into just yet...
Bongo = awesome

In my first post on this thread I was talking about Steve Lukather's bass player and his Bongo, so I finally found a video from this year tour and sound is not much but You can see that White Bongo very well. It's from Prague, and I was on last concert of 2009. tour in my hometown, Zagreb, it was fantastic, excellent bass player and excellent bass! That was my first hearing of Bongo bass live!
