Thank you. Hearing all you great players and seeing the passion in BP's eyes when he talks about hier approach to bassbuilding just showed me again why i like to play my EBMMs that much.

As i said before: Hats off to BP. Great attitude, great instruments!

    Question for BP...

BP: since you were there for the DEVO of the Sting Ray..and you're fave Bongo as we know is the BP Single Pickup version, my question is..how was the Sweet Spot determined for the original single H? Was there a bass with a pick put in different positions, and Leo used his ears (however damaged) to get the right sound, luck? Just wondering.

Again, yes that bass is sweet..

    Thanks
    MK

yes Leo put it there and it was the sweet spot...

I love the BOngo and play it mostly...(remember you guys see everytime I play live.....I did 5 clinics the CLB party and this one.... this year.I am rusty. I would love to play more and would not embarass myself if I could get about 10 gigs in a row.) I used to get to play more..... But I play ALL of our basses
It was a blast playing the two band stingray at the BPL....Backing down the treble and boosting the bass slightly with a flat mark bass sounds pretty good in that video to me....I love the Sterling and was my go to for many years... I could take any one of these bass to a desert isle.
