    ebmm all over the tv

there was a TV program called scrap metal, it was to find the best metal tribute band in irealnd. It ran for about five weeks and the final 2 bands where a Metallica (they won ) and a led zep band. Both bass players where using EBMM,a sterling and a stingray 5.

It was just a good bit of fun, but nice to see EBMM 's being played on the telly every week.

Also David on the beginning of the show "Never mind the Buzzc@ck" if you look closely at the intro sequence, there is a band stand with a StingRay standing up next to an amp.

it's because stingrays are the 2nd most iconic bass guitar in popular culture these days it seems right behind a J, and that's not bad at all i'd say. Also did anyone notice in that video the bass is plugged into what looks like a Marshall DSL100 guitar amp that is mounted on a marshall 1960A guitar cab

I was forced to go see that and the only thing I liked was picking out the EBMM instruments!

I use a DSL and 4x12. Sounds OK. I let the Stingray and my fingies make the tone. Mr Marshall just makes it louder. And it looks rock.... If I was gigging much anymore, my back would be suggesting to get one of those amps that look like a carton of cigarettes sitting atop a speaker cab. DTG, sorry for the hijack! -Pete.
