    That will DEFINITELY work too! Stripes are good...I LOVE Jimmy Dean stuff...well most of it anyway. I actually played bass for him (most people do not remember he had a couple of hits out at one time) at a Fair Grounds show in Virginia back in the 80's TWICE! LOL! Nice guy and makes a pretty good BBQ too! Just be sure not to let him hold the "bottle"! He liked to SOAK everything on the grill in Bourbon as I recall....

    so BP........a smoker is different in what ways as opposed to a regular BBQ?

    looks just like my BBQ but i have a feeling,if i tried some of your recipes,i'd end up butchering the final outcome.
