Trying to pawn off a bass as a 1 of a kind Stingray

Check this eBay listing out....sorry if it's a forumite, but he makes it seem like the bass is a one of a kind Stingray made specifically for him in dedication of the New orlean Saints.

Would you guys say this is misleading???

I don't care if he is a forum member...what a loser! It is a nice looking bass though, even though it would look better in purple & gold

I've never seen such an abuse of capitalization.

That and I'm sure the NFL would love to have a go at him using the Saints logo.

I feel like reporting him to Ebay....Some poor fool may actually believe they are getting something special...which it is a nice bass....BUT it's not the only true gold bass EB has ever made. I shot him a message and told him his listing was misleading...maybe he'll get the hint.

So he puts a Saints logo with the bass, which coincidentally is sort of a "Saints gold" and he'll sell it under the assumption that it is a limited run bass? Am I close? If I am, definitely misleading...

i would rate it borderline.. for us geeks who know a little about eb basses its not a problem seeing that its just a standard bass that he himself gave a special name when he ordered it, but for a regular joe looking for something collectible... different story..

    MrM
just put flats on the bongo!!
just put roundwounds on your fretless!!

    eb customer support:
    E-mail: musicman_customerservice@ernieball.com
    Telephone: +1 866-823-2255

    trussrod adjustment:
less relief / flatter = lower action
more relief / bow = higher action
do NOT use cheap tools to adjust with. they might break and scrape up your pressious!
also, if you are lucky enough to have a 100th namm sr4: the truss works the other way around on that one!
