My '98 trans teal Stingray 5

    Hello everyone!
I've been a member for quite a long time, since I bought my 06 SR4.
I'm happy to post here again since I've recently bought a used '98 SR5, and have to say I LOVE the finish and the sound, being kind of warmer sounding than the 4 string. I think it will become my main bass with the band..
The colour is greener in person, but I really like each one of the shades it has with different lights

Before buying it I have looked for a long time for some pictures, so I hope these will help someone..
    so here it is

Very classy colour that trans teal, way back when they first came out I was buying my 1st Stingray 5 and I was torn between that T/Teal and Trans Red which won by a small margin.

thanks everyone in person it does look darker though, but is still beautiful
and GW you're right, trans red is awesome, my teacher used to have one with maple board and pearl pickguard, then he sold it and bought an HH.
However I always liked this colour and someone I knew had it for sale.. I couldn't pass it up!
