Simply out of curiosity, has anyone heard how many of the 25th Anniversary basses where made?
Thanks,

Not enough, that's for sure.
I pity those who missed out on these. Lucky for them they can get the Reflex in mid 2010, but not with that gorgeous maple top.
Probably will not get that answer. I disagree with GW, though; since there are so many still hanging on the wall in various places- including the BFRs, there are currently too many. One day there will have been just enough made. I would like another one myself.
Yea, I did not really believe I would get an official, semi-official or unofficial reply but it never hurts to ask.
Thanks,
Matt

In Germany I have also only seen one HSS.in Frankfurt. Music Thomann who is the largest online retailer only has one HSS and on HH. They cost €3500 here so that is a bit of a financial speed bump. The have to pass though too many hands and everyone gets there cut. (That is in NO way ment to be critical of EBMM, they just make 'em). I imported mine myself :-)

LOL
I was amazed when I started doing the math. Even doing this completely legally and paying customs and VAT (22% of List) its still much cheaper to purchase in the states. I spent less than half the German list price! Of course I cant get it repaired under warranty but the price difference would pay for a lot of repairs if something does break.
My tip for anyone thinking of doing this: Do it legally and pay the customs on the price printed on the receipt, I know that If you fly in though Frankfurt for example, the customs agents will stop EVERYONE with a Guitar case and they are NOT stupid. They have seen every trick in the book. They know about the handwritten receipts GC will give you. The German law states they can levy at market value, not what you payed.
Mods, if this post is breaking any rules or puts Big Poppa in an uncomfortable situation please delete it! I want to be a good citizen here.
