    Pickup Switches on Big Al

Does anyone know of a source for those pickup selector switches on the Big Al? (What a great bass by the way...!) I was wanting to buy a couple for a project bass, I think they're a lot classier than some of the switches I'm used to. Anyone know if they are SPDT, DPDT?...

I went though this exercise before buying my 25th. Unfortunately without success. I had a brief look under the covers at the way Mr. Ball mounts the controls and I was very impressed. Everything is mounted to a metal base plate and then fastend to the bass body. I did not go far enough to see what switches are used. Sorry.

Oh well--could always just go with the good ol' mini switch DPDT kind of thing. Thanks for trying.

I think they're the same as the 25th, no?

Yes, I believe so. I had to open up the back because the instrument plug had loosened up. The switch looks simular to this one:

That is not the exact type. There are no numbers or anything that could point to the manufacture. i imagine the buttons are probably going to be the most difficult to source. I imagine EBMM has them custom made.
