Anything can happen in the next half hour
You guys rock! I have a gig tonight and had to get a sub for her. Definitely be missing her tonight.
She just took the theory test; of course it was in treble clef. :/
But she transcribed like a pro and feels good about it.![]()
Thank you so, so much everybody!! I am scared beyond words right now, but I'm glad to know so many people are rooting for me. I guess I just need to calm down and let the music come)
positive vibes headed your way Miss Nick.

Best of Luck. The Popular Music Program at USC is incredible.
Last week I did a clinic for one of their classes and the students are of the highest caliber. The week before Lindsey Buckingham was there and next week will be Mike Elizondo( VP at Warner Bros. Music and producer of Maroon 5) so they bring in talent from all genres of pop music.
nick i was off doing a bbq master class...hope it went well!

It went well (I think/hope)! I ended up playing with one of the guitar instructors and student drummers in a "band" setting, which almost felt like cheating. I played Dock of the Bay, so LawDaddy says its in the bag.
I also went to the Guitar Center headquarters here and saw Ernie Ball's handprints! Good day.
nick everytime i see those handprints i get sad
glad you had a great audition...lawdaddy crank up the billing!

Judging by what I have seen so far, Nikki is well on her way. I can't believe how good she is already; way ahead of her years. Good luck and I hope all goes (went) well!
