    Ive never seen so many matching headstocks on eBay before

    I have been liking matching headstocks lately. Theres quite a few on eBay right now.


    silver-greenish StingRay 5

    honeyburst StingRay 5

    trans teal StingRay 5

    trans orange StingRay 5

    metalflake green StingRay 4

    black StingRay 4

    And this one doesnt have a matching headstock but its a killer trans green model
    trans green StingRay 4

    My local shop has ordered about 10 of them over the past year. They are nice but I am like c'mon guys. Gimme a plain jane now and again.

    Actually, the top the first one on your list, the StingRay 5, is also a metal flake green, though at that angle it was hard to tell.

    I'm not a big fan of matching headstocks.....but the honeyburst/rosewood is VERY sharp!

    The most important thing about headstocks is them there tuning pegs. One that says EB on it doesn't matter the color. I think instead of the sparkle finish on the body, I would suggest sparkle on the headstock only. LOL Who could say that wasn't a way to appease the masses?
