Any of you Guys have old MM or EB MM catalogues sitting around. I want to attempt putting together a list of finishes and specs throughout the years.
High res scans would be muchly appreciated![]()

I think I have something from 97, where the pic on the front is a guy on a Harley with what looks like a 3 string MMSR on his back.
Any good to you?
That Guy is Tony Levin.

I have the 2005 one that a friend got me from NAMM.

JB1...that's the Apl 1996 Cat, which I have thanks. But can you check the date on the back page, just to be sure?
barkatozz...I'd love a scan of the 2005 if you can manage it.
BTW, I've got a 1989 Cat on the way which I'll scan and give the URL.

Nice work.
So what's with the 3-stringer on TL's back?
Hi Gav, I think I've got a few of last year's catalouges(green cover) if you want I could mail a couple out to you?? Not sure if I can get to a scanner but I'll try.

Check the back issues of Bass Player magazine. The issue with Tony on the cover with the 3 string is great , he goes into detail about the bass and why a bassist only needs 3 strings. The one reason I remember is that "G strings are for strippers"....Originally Posted by JB1

Pete...thanks. You have mail.

I think Jack had a pic of it in one of the earlier threads...did a quick search but I can't find it at the moment.
As Pete says...no G string![]()
Tuned E, A and D. No vol and no tones.

I belive that bass was destroyed in a fire some time last year. It's a shame , it was a sweet and unique bass.
