Hey Psycho Ward, now you are not alone. I will join you in the wait for another lefty Buttercream (maybe) Bongo (I like some kind of red too).

Beautiful!, but I really want a Bongo (because the lighter weight, the 24 frets, the new EQ and the double-bucker).

I’ve got a beautiful (natural/maple) StingRay 5 which is THE bass currently in my collection. Judging from the quality of that instrument I plan to order a lefty Bongo sight unseen and unheard as soon as they let me place my order.


Good to have another fellow lefty here, there are several of us. Have fun, this is a great forum, lots of cool people and very helpful too.

i'm curious what the rarest buttercream is, the most common/popular..

If it helps you any, I'm a small shop, and I ordered 2 ButterCream JPs, a ButterCream Silhouette, and a ButterCream Sterling. The JPs went instantly, the Silhouette and the Sterling (arrived last week) are still here, anxiously awaiting buyers.
