    I/4" input jack assistance

I need to reconnect a 1/4" input jack on a 1994 Sting Ray bass, with the 3 EQ. There are five wires: 3 black, 2 red and 1 white. The switch has 4 connectors, one on each side of the square plastic piece, and one on the beveled edge. It looks like the three black wires went on the beveled, but I don't know where the others go. (I know this is simple, but I don't want to screw anything up.) I would appreciate any assistance.

Also, do any of you know where I could get an online schematic. I looked and couldn't find anything usable. Thanks.

Thanks Todd...that was fast...and a big help. One more question. I have the 3 EQ and this diagram is for a 2 EQ. So I have one more black wire. Would it be correct to assume that it gets soldered on the same prong as the other black wires?

When I say the black wire is "Not connected to jack" (in red), I mean no connection at that point. BUT if you follow the wire, it is soldered to the lug on the bevelled edge.
