It's odd that they couldn't take the time to post a real picture.

Wow!! This is the first SR i've seen on e-bay that is actually cheaper than any other place i've looked. I still don't trust it and wouldn't buy a bass on e-bay.

96 feedbacks and 100%. I would buy it if I were in the market for one.
Starting to think about returning to bass playing in the very near future.

It didn't last long. Ended at 9:10 p.m. PDT yesterday. Somebody got a great deal.

I bought a trans teal Stingray off the Bay on Tuesday. I'm awaiting its arrival. The owner has twice mentioned in email that I must be terribly careful to get the polarity right when I insert a new battery, or "it'll fry the chip." Said the positive/negative markings are really tiny. Stingray owners, does this sound right to you?

    Thanks.

Not sure I've looked to hard at mine. When I swap the battery out, I just look at the old one coming out and put the new one in the same way

I put a battery in backwards once and my sound just sucked.

Oh, wait. That's because I was playing it.
