You can't buy OEM parts from Ernie Ball without returning the original to them. Call customer service and they'll be able to set you up and will give you the details.

Or you can just buy a Gotoh at Universal Jems (or anywhere they sell them) if you don't care about the MusicMan stamp. I just replaced the trem from my EVH. $120.00 plus shipping. Good deal.
