    Luke history questions

So, yeah...we have the original Luke, which IIRC had a locking trem. Now, we have the non-trem Luke. What's different about the Luke II? Is the current Luke a Luke II without having the "II" in the name (i.e., is a current Luke a Luke II by definition?)?

I think all the Lukes have a trem.
The II's added a tone knob, and possibly also began offering a piezo pup in them I bleeb.

Keith's right on the money- I've never seen a hardtail Luke offered standard. (Sure some artist somewhere has one.) The current one is the "II", so there are just two models.

Differences were the vitange trem vs the Floyd, the tone knob, piezo and different pickups.

Oops...sorry for the confusion. I meant to say "non-locking trem."

    Thanks for the info.
