I did not notice nio difference beteween both guitars output level...it's juste the same.

I recorded the piezzo vie a small mixer, tapco 6306, it's some cheap mackie stuff...works very good

What kind of multi stand is that?

It's made by QuikLok - I have two of them and they're fantastic (see my avatar). The base of the guitars are protected so you don't knock them into each other. And they hold acoustics as well.
