I upgraded so I've got my fingers crossed for a piece of maple that when opened up looks like tiger stripes.

I'm goining for the quilt on the Y2D in Sunset.

Just another guitar I want to get, but thanks to living in Australia I don't like my chances of getting one.

Both are outstanding, hats off to the guys in the shop, nice work!
With out a doubt that is some of the nicest grain matching I've ever seen.

No kidding! How do you choose between perfect and perfect?

I'm totally jonesing for one of these. But I'm thinking the tone block thingamajiggy will make its way into other production guitars so I should wait, and play the many guitars in my collection that need lovin' in the meantime.

Choosing EBMMS is not easy! BP says theirs what? 800 000 possible combinations!? I think I've considered at least 700 000 of the possibilities!

I agree. I don't see this innovation as being a one time thing. BP's already done a variation for JP and we know there's one coming for Luke!

    Wait and see!
At the rate BP, Dudley and the factory are going, I think we'll see another 4 models before next year!!!

I think you stumbled onto my secret plan. I think I will wait and try to find my flame (non upgrade) off the rack though. nonmatching trem and all other options open.

That is the most stunning color/flame that I have ever seen. If the folks at EB release the Petrucci model with that color schem, I think I know the answer to what my next guitar will be.

I've seen a fair bit of discussion even amongst non-guitarists on various DT boards following the appearance of the JP/20th hybrid at recent DT shows. All agree it's a gorgeous guitar.

I have a feeling that if made available even for a short time, that one would sell like the clappers!

    I'd have one too!
