Thanks for the info John... i would have thought tht a Floyd would hold tune better than a vintage trem, but then again I havent played any EB with a vintage trem so i cant say.. Just random chatter..

That really looks sweet evh..Great top.. i can only imagine how smooth it is just by lookin.. Must play like a dream.. Congrats!!
Thanks Nik, Just arrived today from England,Purchased it from Kaiser who is in this forum. Everything went smooth with the transaction also.
Thanks Nik. The Floyd is a stock Gotoh. Very, very good bridge but starting to show it's age. This Gotoh I have has the intonation set screws offset so you can reach them while tuned to pitch and I've never seen an aftermarket Gotoh like that. I need some saddles and string lock blocks. Anyway, I bought the Silo new in '95, all black. As I've gotten older ( matured? ) I've been playing less death metal and more prog/psychedelic stuff. I've rediscovered real tube amps, passive pickups and now pedals! I'd sure love to have a pair of Balls...
Here's a few quick shots of my new Koa JP. Better pics to come over the weekend.
