I think your right... just found this auction on ebay for a bass in this color as well, and I think I bought mine around this same timeframe mentioned here.

Definitely meant the "Nope" part of my statement to be non abrasive , and I did not take your repaint question as a dig at all. I suspected it was probably a color not seen much. Thats the funny thing about the internet... theres no real way to communicate inflection or tone of ones voice when posting

Cuz if there was I would categorize my reply as "sitting across from you having a beer tone" or "conversational tone"

i know, i should have! I never really thought too much about it until today. whenever i tried previously it kept saying the file was too big, i was copying the wrong link. now i know!
