    For the Chicago Area members re: G3

    Are any of you going to G3 when it's in town at the Congress Theater? I'm thinking about pony-ing up the big $$$ to do the meet and greet with JP. I have two younger brothers that are DT fans and am working on possibly getting them into town to go too. I thought it would be cool to get a few of the forum members together for the show.

    As I'm typing this I thought how cool would it be if JP would do a clinic at Make'n Music the day of the show. They carry EBMM and MESA/Boogie, so he wouldn't need to bring any gear! How does one go about getting that setup???

    Sounds like a good idea. But I don't think the clinic will work. I think those require more advanced planning.

    I think Make'N Music is a bit small for a clinic with JP.

    I'm thinking I might make the trip out to Chicago for G3. We'll see.

    whens the date of the chicago show ....I like paul gilbert but i meet him a gc about 10 years ago lol
