First of all, does your guitar have a piezo? if so..

    Knobs

    in order:

The one that is closer to the neck is the volume
The one next to the first is the "Tone" knob
The other one is the piezo knob.

I honestly dont know about the switches since I do not own one.

The switches would be for the mag p/ups Neck/Both/ Bridge The other would be piezo/both mag and piezo/ magnetic only.

As far as they are concerned that guitar could very well still be in the store... until you post your own it's not in your possession.

Colin, somewhere on the forum there is the exact production numbers for the 20th silos, 336 i thought, which is criminal really. just unbelieveable that 1000's didnt get made, and sold, they are exceptional guitars, as you'll find out soon!!!!!!!
