    I posted this thread under whats going on in the world today but thought it might be seen by more in the forum here

    Please all Petrucci fans add ya happy B'day so maybe BP can pass on our message to John and let him know how much we appreciate his existence and the role he has with ernie ball .....

    Happy Birthday John, hope you have a great day n all. Just recently become a fan of DT. My son, who has just become a teen, started to play guitar 6 months ago, and DT has become a great inspiration to him. So much so, that part of his birthday gift was a DT ticket!!

    We'll bring a birthday cake to Manchester in October for you to say thanks for your inspiration.

    Oh wait, thats like 3 months away......k, we will eat it for you. Just know that we did buy you a cake and it was lovely. Hope you enjoy us enjoying your cake.

    Happy Birthday JP. I saw you play over here when you were 27 and I was a spotty 17 year old. Lovely girlfriend, two kids and a JP6 later and your music (along with DT) has been a constant back drop and inspiration to better myself in all aspects of my life as well as guitar playing.
