OT: Guitar On Hold Not Held

This is Phil Rich at Guitar Center main office in CA. I'm the guitar buyer.

I'm so sorry to read about your troubles with the used JP6. When I was a brand new sales guy, about 10 years ago, another sales person sold a used item out from under me and my customer (I had it on layaway for the customer). The customer was so mad at me and I didn't know what to do because I had only been there for 2 weeks at the time. I'll never forget that horrible feeling and how upset my customer was. Selling someone else's layaway is not allowed at GC and I apologize that this policy was ignored in this case.

I'd like to try and help you get the guitar you want. We're getting set to place our orders that will arrive in November from EB. Wow, that's a pretty good turn around time. I thought the wait time was up to 6 months?
