I should write a script to apologize on a periodic basis. Or maybe just something lower tech like set a timer to go off then just apologize wherever I am. The only thing left to determine is what would be the correct time interval. That, however, assumes that my needs to apologize is time based. Where in fact it may be time invariant and event triggered. You know, an event like adding another post to this thread (adding no value other than a small amount of humor) instead of just letting it die. Yeah that's the ticket.
