piezo problem here

hey can somone help me ?
i got this problem with my high e string on the piezo luke
it sound week and distorted ,somtimes the sound goes completely dead in the piezo pickup all the rest are fine and working fine

is there somthing i can do? (a first aid thing?)

check your battery for first off , then call CS, they will know what to do!

i have replaced the battery ... no use
the thing is ,when i press on the saddel ,where the tighny little silver thing is... it works ! i think there is a problem with the saddlle it self
it's defently not the battery
i have sent a mail to beth
see what hapens

Well it sounds like there's not enough pressure on the saddle to get a signal. Is the bridge floating at all, even just a little, if it is tighten the springs and bring the bridge back.
