    OT: Pedal Board Setup

I tend to over-analyze things and my swell new Pedaltrain board is next on my agenda...

Any pros and cons as to which half of the velcro should go on the board vs. the pedals? Hook or loop? Chicken or the egg?

    Does it make any difference?

    'preciate it.

I don't think it makes any difference. Just listen to your heart.

Be there, done that (and too many times).

Loop on the pedal, hook on the board.

If you remove a pedal (for whatever reason) and then set that pedal down on say carpet, rug, towel, etc. . . if it's the hook side, you know what's going to happen.

Ahhh, interesting. See, I have wood floors, so I've never had this problem. That's why I don't use wood glue on the bottom of my pedals.

Fred, I did mine just the opposite.. but only because my pedalboard is homemade and I could only find large sheets of loop material to cover the plywood. So the decision was sorta made for me by circumstances.
