Is It The Strings?

You know what... I'm gonna be DIFFERENT!

I had a similar problem with mine... and it was actually not the strings! The nut was cut about 1 mm to deep... i put a little piece of plastic in the nut and it fixed it up very nicely.

If this were the case, wouldn't it have rattling/buzzing when he first got it?

As far as I know, this just started happening to him recently.. so that probably rules that out as what's wrong.

I dunno, maybe little Peavey aliens dropped by while he was sleeping and cut the nut with a mini-laser to ruin his week.

HA ha ha,poor peavey seem to get an awful hammering on the forum.

anyway i went to my local music shops today and not one of them had RPS strings so i bought the 9-42,s in super slinky.il have to go online and buy some RPS slinkys.
will the strings i got do for the moment until i get the RPS,s???

Of course they will.

The RPS slinkies are just a bit better, but man the original slinkies are great too.. or else they wouldn't be sellin' them.

I still use the original slinky strings ALL the time.
