    Hmm... I don't really think that anyone would confuse that with an axis, and it's not marketed as any kind of EBMM product...
    But I'm not an expert on these sort of things.

    IIRC the 4+2 headstock is only patented in the US, so Bo-El couldn't sell their guitars there, but they can in Europe.

    That doesn't really look anything like an Axis to me. And the headstock shape is different than EB's headstocks. Looks like a cool guitar though.

    That website has been brought up here before, though I don't recall the outcome.

    As for the 4+2 headstock, I do believe it is patented.
    I've always wondered about this one because of it.
