Well, I searched locally, and in vein. Finally I contacted EBMM Customer sevice for some help, and they were very gracious for replying so quickly.Just wish I had gone straight to them in the beginning.
Big thanks to Nathan and Dan who are sending me a pack of saddle grubscrews (varying sizes) to suit my needs. I'm SO glad, as I didn't want to resort to filing down the existing ones.
Again, Big thanks to EBMM customer service. You guys are awsome...

you can also shorten the ones you have by ginding them from the bottom.

Maybe a lame question, but how can you grip the little buggers whilst grinding them? A vice grip or pliers would mash the threads, and I sure wouldn't try holding them in my fingers, although I actually did try this while using a hand file. Is there a jig of some kind you would use?
Just thinking out loud ... but I'd put them on the hex key that fits, then put that in a vice.

Ah, course!
A totally different approach, but why not shim the neck a little?

Hey, Stein, if you contact CMC Music in Australia http://www.cmcmusic.com.au/ and ask them, they should be able to provide you with an assortment set of screws (Music Man part # M05134) like beej and craiguitar described. If they don't have it, drop an email to me at dan@ernieball.com and we can facilitate that for you.
and welcome - great guitar!

Just a quick update which may help a few people.
I like the action quite low on my Luke II, and I found even the 8mm grub screw would protrude too much from the low E saddle, causing comfort issues.
So I recently bought a bag of M3 x 6mm grub screws to try, and was amazed to find they actually work! I thought they'd be too small, as they dissapear way below the top of the saddle, I thought the screw would just fall straight out from beneath the saddle. But they hold just nice, Fantastic.
They are really cheap to buy, but I have some spare if anyone local to me (UK) needs any, i'd gladly post them to you free of charge (in the true spirit of knuckleheads of course!).
