    Is anyone else totally excited about this? - I don't get out much so this is like the highlight of my year, if I'm sad or weird please point it out and I'll sit in the corner and look at passers by!

    Gonna be a great time, I personally can't wait - anyone else excited ?

    Yes I am looking forward to it too (Spudmurphy here!)

    I shall also be up in Inverness the following week (Tues fly up wed work and Thurs fly back)
    Fancy a pint?

    I'm so frustrated 'cos I took loads of photos yesterday of the guitars to post as my 5000 th post & I can't sodding open them!! - they are in a RAW format which my Photo shop will not support -

    Hey Colin, my name is Mike, (For Beth's benefit) I'm the George Clooney look alike - after 50 pints (of petrol) - I'm also flying down with my mate Lum who joined the board recently - he's in the mood for a Y2d and so was I till the sun came out and i started playing my AL again, I think I'm gonna have to corner DaveB and see if we can sort something out in the BFR AL front, I'm gonna have to shift the last of my "senitmental collection" of non balls, but I'd rather have guitars that I like the feel of than something i'm keeping as an investment! - Lum and I are down and up in the day - our internary is roughly...

    5am Inverness Airport for Me - Lum flies from Edinburgh
    Gatwick 8am for me - 9am for Lum
    Gatwick Express & DLR to Excel
    Lims -
    Lunch
    More LIMS
    Evening refreshment
    BALL PARTY! - Till whenever,
    NO SLEEP OR HOTEL FOR US, NO SIR!
    Party somewhere till the sun comes up -
    1st DLR Train back to Kings Cross -
    Gatwick Express to Airport
    9.15 & 10am flights back home - and it's Father's day so my kids will be beating me up all day -
    I will need lots of coffee!!

    It's a deal sir, I'm buying, it may even be sunny - although I'm still a fair bit away from INverness and public transport is a 3 legged horse named Norman so I might be on the Pelegrino (In honour of the Popps)

    spud: your camera manufacturer should have a raw plugin for photoshop. i struggled with that &$/# nikon thing a while before i got it straight, but now its working like a charm
    and if they dont, they will have a program to convert them to eg: jpg's

    trussrod adjustment:
    Click here for an image!
    less relief / flatter = lower action
    more relief / bow = higher action
    do NOT use cheap tools to adjust with. they might break and scrape up your pressious!
    also, if you are lucky enough to have a 100th namm sr4: the truss works the other way around on that one!
