I don't know why people didn't "get" this colour, it's a fantastic colour for a guitar, although the wrong pick guard can ruin this colour, well any colour for that matter.

The only reason I didn't go through with a CBP order is that I have a guitar that is very close in color.

Unfortunately for both of us, this one is already sold. I hang on to the pics for informational purposes.

I wish I still had it. Winds up it was darn near the perfect guitar for me.

Wow, CBP with an abalone pickguard is the jam! Looks killer fellas. CBP can take on many different colors. A friend of mine has one and it is a cool color...

It came up under a Google search for 'Carbon Blue Pearl Discontinued' cos I wanted to find out if the colour had indeed ceased to leave the factory! Here's to Carbon Blue Pearl and its immortal beauty! Abalone pickguard was made for this colour. Might as well discontinue that as well!
